Events for body pH in 2024

The year was full of fun, engaging and confidence building moments!

It was the year where body pH officially launched and ever since, I have been involved in amazing events, both
social and business related. Whilst I was going through the business journey pre-launch, I felt an
uncertainty engaging with new people and placing myself into new social settings. Building body pH, has
helped me to develop more confidence and certainty in my own capabilities and has made me feel more
determined and excited to meet new people and go to new places as I’m excited to know the people I will
engage with and what I will learn at these functions.

Within the year, I attended x2 Big Bosom Brunch events and signed myself up to do x2 pop up events to
promote body pH to the public. I have been to other Big Bosom Brunch events in the past, which has made
me appreciate and love when females come together and boost each other with no negativity involved.
The events literally embody Girl Power (anybody else a Spice Girl fan?). But doing a pop-up event was all
completely new to me. It helped me to channel into business owner mode as I had to promote not only
myself, but my business and the products available. This has helped my confidence level to rise even
further as I was pushed past my comfort zone and now feel energised to do more events and feel rest
assured that body pH is something worthwhile. All in all, these events have led me to meet and connect
with many amazing women, some who are also entrepreneurs, feeling empowered, being open minded
and the events have also given me great opportunities post event and expanded knowledge.

Do you ever feel unsettled about meeting new people or going to social/networking events? Don’t worry,
you are not alone. Here are some tips that have helped me with my confidence and hope it will also help
and make you feel better.

💫Shift your mindset and see your reality change for the better 💫

  1. Don’t compare yourself to others, trust in yourself, and channel in the energy to show that you are
happy within yourself and trust your knowledge and capabilities. Remember, comparison is a joy
killer, don’t let it overtake you!
  2. Listen to calming, engaging, and self-boosting music, YouTube videos or podcasts – ones that
place your mind, energy and confidence at ease before an event.
  3. Don’t go an event with high expectations, just go with the flow and an open mind.
  4. Practise your listening skills and find some conversation opener topics that can help you engage
with others. Practise giving people a genuine compliment for example, you like their hair, energy,
outfit. This can open up a conversation. Always remember to spread kindness to others.
  5. And lastly, smile and wear something that makes you feel like Wonder Woman (even if its your
favourite underwear set!) to make you feel confident and give you the energy you need to enjoy yourself.

Hitio Gym Pop Up Pre Launch - February 2024

The first pop up event which occurred pre-launch! I was offered to showcase body pH and the bra liners
at Hitio gym. Doing the pop up in a gym was ideal as one of my target customers would be
females who are fitness motivated. I enjoy going to the gym and can say that under-boob sweat is a struggle

whilst doing a workout and is a recurring matter I hear from other women. Getting things organised

for this type of event felt so daunting, but when you see it all come together on your stand, you feel immense

fondness and gratitude for the work you have put into something you’ve built from scratch.

Big Bosom Brunch 3 - March 2024

These brunches were created by journalist, Jackie Adedeji, who’s an advocate at helping other women
with bigger bosoms to feel confident within themselves and more educated on their bodies. This brunch
was held in East London, and like the previous events, it brought together women who empower one
another, bring positive vibes, feel safe, comfortable and enjoy feeling free to strut in our bodies. The event included

a singalong, bingo games to win prizes provided by Unihorn and bra fittings sponsored by Curvy Kate. It brought

a sultry, mysterious vibe with the dark setting within the room, somewhat like a naughty dungeon.

Pause Live 2024! - September 2024

Pause Live 2024! is a celebratory event that focuses to broaden women’s knowledge on their health from
menstruation to menopause. The day is immersed with inspiring talks on a live stage, educational
workshops and exhibitors selling healthcare and wellness products to help women. This was the first big event for

body pH and I felt this one was great to reach a different category of an audience – menopausal women who

experience hot flushes. This event was very engaging as I spoke with multiple women, listened to their stories on
their experiences with hot flushes/under-boob sweat, networked with entrepreneurs who were also
exhibitors. I also learned more about the female body and understood more on menopause, the symptoms
and impact it can have on your life. Let me not forget to mention that I met the lovely, Lisa Snowdon too who is an absolute gem!

Big Bosom Brunch 5 - December 2024

The final event of the year. It was magical as it was before Christmas, and everyone felt in tune with the
festive period and dare I say quite jolly! This time, it was held in West London, included another singalong

and a fun burlesque workshop provided by Cheeky Cherry Wellness who offers empowerment workshops and
retreats for women to connect with their inner confidence, sensuality and grace. I can confirm that the
workshop did deliver those things at the brunch. Most of the time at the brunches, you'll enter fully clothes, but will later

feel confident to strip and strut around in a lingerie set. Because it was the festive season, I was feeling

very merry and opted to wear red and of course had to represent body pH and wore the

Don't Let Them See You Sweat bra liner in black (I wear size XS).

I look forward to the next brunch in 2025!
