Returns

We hope that you love your order from body pH, but if you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return or exchange based on the conditions below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

 

For All Customers

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Our postal boxes has a self-seal, making it easier to send your returns back. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer free returns and customers are responsible for the returns shipping costs. We do advise customers to use a tracked service for assurance for safe delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

For UK Customers

To start a return, please contact us at info@body-ph.co.uk. If the return and exchange request has been accepted, we will send you an email confirmation along with the return address details.

 

For Customers based outside the UK

Body pH is a UK based company, any returns will be sent back to our office which is based there.

To return your order, please enter your order confirmation number and delivery post code details into the returns portal

Please note that it can take up to 2-6 weeks for your parcel to be delivered back to us.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
