Our Don’t Let Them See You Sweat bra liners are designed to keep boob sweat under control. This bra liner is guaranteed to stay in place all day with a hook and eye closure. You can wear the liner under a wired or non-wired bra, a sports bra, or without a bra altogether!

These bra liners are made from organic, waterproof cotton. They are soft, stretchy and durable providing all day comfort, support and moisture management. You'll stay dry and be free from discomfort all day long!

Sizing

Our bra liners are tailored to fit your under-bust. We recommend referencing our size chart for an accurate fit.

STEP ONE

Stand upright without a bra on. Using a measuring tape, measure around your boobs, under the bust, where the band would sit. The tape should be level and feel snug around you.

STEP TWO

Measure in inches, if you land on an even number, that’ll be your band size. If it’s on an odd number, round it up to the nearest even number to find your size.

Comfortable to wear!

I got the body ph liner to use while exercising and I’m really happy with it. It’s comfortable, absorbent and stays in place under my sports bra (I’ve run a 10k and half marathon wearing it). I’d definitely recommend the liner as an extra layer of protection. I love that there are nude colours for various skin tones too and that it has a dedicated wash bag so it doesn’t get mixed up with the rest of my laundry! Everything was packaged professionally and arrived on time and I’m very happy with my purchase.

how do I wear it?

Once you've put on your bra—whether it's wired, non-wired, sports, or a bralette—you can easily slip on the bra liner underneath after connecting the hook and eye closure.

Position the center curve between your breasts, ensuring the brand label is visible on the outside. Use your index finger to pull your bra out and smooth the bra liner, preventing it from bulging underneath and ensuring comfort during use. The bottom of the bra liner should align with the band of your bra, and the hook and eye closure should snugly fit behind your bra.

Alternatively, you can opt to first secure the bra liner in place, then put on your bra—whichever method makes you feel most comfortable!
