Shipping policy

We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada & Australia.

UK: £2.99 for orders under £30 and free for orders over £30. Parcels will be delivered using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 delivery service.

EU: £6.99 for order under £60 and free for orders over £60. Parcels will be delivered by DHL within working 3-7 days. Greece and Cyprus will be delivered within 10 working days.  

USA: £7.99 for order under £60 and free for orders over £60. Parcels will be delivered by USPS  within 4-7 working days.

Canada: £7.99 for order under £60 and free for orders over £60. Parcels will be delivered by Purolator. Metro and regional areas within 3-8 working days. National areas within 12 working days.

Australia: £6.99 for order under £60 and free for orders over £60. Parcels will be delivered by Australia Post within 7 working days.

 

Dispatch Times

UK orders will require at least 1 working day to be processed and shipped.

International orders require additional time for processing, please allow 2 working days for your order to be shipped.

Once we have received your order, we will fulfil and dispatch it within 2 working days (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email notification with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you need to change your shipping delivery address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order before it is shipped.

International Customs & Duties

Orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means we help you cover import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees upfront, as opposed to Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) which can result in customers receiving unexpected costs at their end.
